We’re looking for a rockstar Office Assistant to help us take our office management business to the next level. Office Assistants are responsible for the day-to-day execution of on-site organizing, inventory management, and ad-hoc administrative support for our client offices within the Chicago area. All of our Office Attendants positively impact the offices they service and maintain. We appreciate team players that bring positive energy and a desire to exceed client expectations!
* This is an on-site Part-Time position, starting at 20 hours per week. There is an opportunity for this to grow into a Full-Time role.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have 2+ years of office experience and/or facilities support
- You are fully vaccinated (must provide verification) against COVID-19

- You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Account Management and Operations team on a daily basis
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the following responsibilities in our client's office space:
- Inventory management of snack and beverage programs
- Restocking of all snacks, beverages, office supplies, and essentials
- Clean and Organize Stock Areas
- Assist with Event Set-Ups (As-Needed)
- Organize Conference Rooms and Public Areas
- Act as the Go-To Person in the Office
- Support front-desk operations as-needed
- Assist with Projects as needed to support office operations
- Interact daily with vendors and OfficeLuv support agents
