The VP of Sales is directing and managing all sales and sales activities. This role will be focused on building recurring SaaS services revenue in addition to recruiting, developing and managing a high energy, high caliber sales team. This role is responsible for the continued development and implementation of the entire sales process.
ABOUT YOU
You have at least 4 years of relevant leadership B2B Sales experience
You have experience selling both mid-market and enterprise level
You have extensive knowledge of the sales cycles through your own time as an individual contributor
You have experience in consultative sales and strategic sales approach
You are a natural coach; you inspire your team to overachieve, both personally and professionally.
You’re comfortable interacting with all levels internally, and with our external clients
You have the ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
You have the ability to think on your feet and operate efficiently in an ambiguous environment
You have a strong history of exceeding goals and helping others grow through training and providing timely, quality feedback
You have experience executing go-to market strategies and driving market share
You have experience recruiting and training a highly performing sales team
You have impeccable written and verbal communication
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Coach and manage the sales team individual and overall performance
Identify key growth opportunities / initiatives and build and execute a plan around such initiatives
Provide accurate sales forecasts; consistently meet both budget and committed revenue goals.
You will be tasked with determining key metrics and process to provide transparency and visibility to Senior Leadership
