The Operations Manager is on the front line of monitoring and continuously improving the implementation of our service - they are responsible for analyzing different situations, identifying improvements and coaching people to improve their skills. Our Operations Managers wear a variety of hats - from training Field Associates and supporting them on-site to client visits to ensure satisfaction with our service.

- You’ve got the chops to get shit done and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of your team and the success of the company
- You've managed and motivated large teams (20+) in the past - and did a great job!
- You have the ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment, ability to prioritize, and manage day-to-day activities/needs as they arise.
- You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Account Management team on a daily basis
- You have strong attention to detail, you are results driven, and you have a proven track record with process improvement
- You can keep your cool in tough situations - you have the ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment
- You know just how to make people smile!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist with the onboarding, training and supervision of new Field Associates, Field Leads, and Office Attendants
- Prepare, organize and maintain the schedule for over 50+ Field Associates/Leads and Office Attendants
- Continuously analyze daily operations to enhance the quality of our product and service operations
- Work with the Account Management team to manage day-to-day activities and needs as they arise
- Manage multiple sites and ensure a quality delivery of service to each one
- Hustle! This industry is always changing and you are willing to get down and dirty
