Our Front Desk Attendants are personable, outgoing and well-rounded individuals who play the role of the "face of the company", as they are the first person a visitor sees when they come through the front door. For this particular role, our Front Desk Attendants are also a hybrid of customer service and administrative assistants. You'll be assisting the client with a variety of different tasks to ensure support of the on-site facility team and external clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide strong administrative and customer service support to internal and external customers
- Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone at front desk; provide correct information to callers and direct messages appropriately
- Handle customer service inquiries, via phone, chat or email
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Assist with the processing of web orders
- Provide employees with admin support as needed, answer any questions they may have or direct them to the appropriate party that can help them
- Support the office/facility team by helping with special tasks and projects as assigned
