Our Front Desk Attendants are personable, outgoing and well-rounded individuals who play the role of the "face of the company", as they are the first person a visitor sees when they come through the front door. Our Front Desk Attendants are always down to learn new aspects of the business and support our on-site facility team in any way that they can. - You have experience with MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Google Office apps like Gmail, Calendar, and Google Docs
- You are punctual - will be needed promptly at 8:00am, regardless of commuting/traffic situations
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Handle day-to-day calendaring and scheduling
- Check in and print badges for visitors and vendors
- Make sure visitor NDA's are filled out
- Ensure visitors and vendors are picked up in a timely manner
- Facilitate communication between departments
- Coordinate daily lunch deliveries
- Answer phone at front desk; provide correct information to callers and direct messages appropriately
- Keep front desk area tidy
- Provide employees with admin support as needed, answer any questions they may have or direct them to the appropriate party that can help them
- Provide guests with refreshments
- Support the office/facility team by helping with special tasks and projects as assigned
- Light shipping and receiving duties, including receiving and delivering packages to employees, organizing mail in mail-room
