We’re looking for rockstar Office Attendants to help us take our office management business to the next level. Office Attendants are responsible for the day-to-day execution of on-site cleaning, organizing, and restocking client offices within the Chicago area. All of our Office Attendants have a positive impact on the offices they service and maintain. We appreciate team players who bring positive energy and a desire to exceed client expectations!
This position starts at an hourly wage of $18.00/hr.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have 2+ years of office experience and/or facilities support
- You have an aptitude for inventory management and stock control

- You feel strongly about the cleanliness and health of an office
- You have the ability to motivate a team and work together to get every task done
- You know how to maneuver your way around various smartphone applications
- You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Account Management and Operations team on a daily basis
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the following responsibilities in our client's office space:
- Monitor, Restock, and Order Office Supplies
- Clean and Organize Stock Areas
- Disinfect High-Touch Surfaces
- Assist with Event Set-Ups (As-Needed)
- Organize Conference Rooms and Public Areas
- Act as the Go-To Person in the Office
- Assist with Projects as needed to support office operations
- Interact daily with vendors and OfficeLuv support agents
