Sales Operations Coordinator

OfficeLuv’s supply ordering technology platform is growing rapidly and we’re looking to add a rockstar Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales Team. You would be an early member of a fast-paced sales team that is closing big brands, nationwide.

The role of the Sales Operations Coordinator is to help grow the business by providing support to our sales team. This individual is responsible for preparing cost analysis, curating and sending out detailed proposals, following up with inbound leads, scheduling meetings. This role is a fit for someone who likes to blaze their own trail and get things done. We believe in giving people autonomy to be creative and resourceful. The playbook is still being written and you’ll have a chance to help write a chapter.

• You have 2+ years experience in a similar role. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

• Work closely with the Sales team to generate proposals for prospective customers
• Work with Operations to source new vendors/products for prospective customers
• Assist Marketing with data entry, email responses and inbound interest follow up
• Complete Cost Comparisons for prospective customers to evaluate our pricing compared to their current provider(s)
• Assemble sales/growth related reporting for distribution to the Company
• Evaluate and implement process improvements/automation across all of your initiatives
