We're looking for an accomplished operation lead to work as a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to oversee all building repair, maintenance, and improvement of multiple buildings and grounds of our clients. Our Facilities Maintenance Coordinators are extremely focused and have the ability and motivation to manage increased workloads for short-term projects. You've got exceptional communication skills - you're comfortable working with other employees as well as third-party vendors
You're organized and detail-oriented
You're comfortable working independently and managing your responsibilities accordingly
You can keep your cool in tough situations - you understand that things change and you view every challenge as an opportunity to learn

You have related experience in Facilities Services or a vendor management role
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Accomplish minor repairs and improvements as needed
Repair broken chairs, set up wiring and coordinating between all locations to fulfill the needs of each location
Coordinate building maintenance and works with service vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure the office is cost-efficient without a loss of quality
Maintain general building conditions - constantly assess needed repairs, maintenance and improvements to maintain proper building condition
Keep work areas clean and free of clutter
Work with Senior Facility Manager to oversee headcount tracking and move management
Conference room support, meetings, and even supportPrepare and tear down meeting spaces throughout the office as needed
Inventory, order/purchase, distribute, restock and store office supplies
Collect and distribute internal mail each workday
Responsible for all safety issues including, but not limited to, shoveling snow, salting the walkways, fire extinguisher maintenance, hazards around the office.
