Our Field Leads are crucial to OfficeLuv's Operations team. Our Field Leads are responsible for the day-to-day execution of on-site cleaning, organizing and restocking client offices while leading a small team. While the responsibilities differ from time to time - whether it be showing a Field Associate the proper figure 8 mopping technique or doing a final walkthrough at the end of a clean - the Field Lead maintains leadership.
We encourage all of our Field Leads to have a positive impact on the offices they clean and service. We enjoy team players that bring a positive and motivating energy and a desire to exceed client expectations!
ABOUT YOU
- You have strong attention to detail, love organization, and are results driven
- You are punctual, responsible and willing to learn things
- You feel strongly about the cleanliness and health of an office
- You know how to resolve conflict in a diplomatic and calm manner
- You have the ability to motivate a team and work together to get every last dust bunny
- You know how to maneuver your way around a smartphone and are comfortable using phone applications to get your job done
- You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Operations team on a daily basis
- You've got 3+ years of cleaning experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a team of Field Associates in cleaning and organizing multiple offices within Milwaukee
- Comprehend, perform, and delegate tasks onsite
- Prepare for each office with the necessary amount of supplies, keys, and staff for every clean
- Monitor and replace essential items that OfficeLuv is responsible for
- Operate as a liaison between Account Managers and Field Associates
- Identify Field Associates who are excelling and help grow their career within OfficeLuv
- Arrive on time to every office and encourage your team to do the same
