We’re looking for rockstar Field Associates to help us take our cleaning and office management business to the next level. Field Associates are responsible for the day-to-day execution of on-site cleaning, organizing and restocking client offices within the Chicago area. All of our Field Associates have a positive impact on the offices they clean and service. We appreciate team players that bring a positive energy and a desire to exceed client expectations!
ABOUT YOU
- You have the desire to grow not only as an individual, but within a team environment as well
- You have strong attention to detail, love organization, and are results driven
- You have the ability to motivate a team and work together to get every last dust bunny
- You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Account Management and Operations team on a daily basis
- You know how to maneuver your way around a smartphone and are comfortable using phone applications to get your job done
- You are punctual, responsible and willing to learn things
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You are responsible for cleaning, organizing and maintaining multiple offices every evening within downtown Chicago
- Notify Field Lead and/or the Operations team of client needs as well as supplies necessary to perform cleaning tasks
- Monitor and restock office supplies and essentials as needed
- Weekend work is required
- Arrive on time to every site and encourage your team to do the same
